Summer of Work and Learning ProgramThe Summer of Work and Learning Program provides an introductory work experience for qualified students during a five week period in the summer. Students work 20 hours a week at select work sites and are paid for their efforts. Some of the employment partners this past summer were Sturdy Health, Attleboro Industrial Museum, Tristan Medical, Capron Park Zoo, The Arc, Houghton Physical Therapy, Speedee NA, and Creative Images. In addition we served 4 youth who successfully finished a CNA Program and 6 youth worked in a Culinary program that provided 140 meals a week to a local soup kitchen. During Summer 2025 we provided in-person project-based opportunities to over 50 high school-aged youth from Attleboro, North Attleboro, Norton and Seekonk.
